Charity sale ahead of Chinese New Year

Jan 11 | Source: by Shanghai Daily

Volunteers put pieces of newly-written Chinese character "福" on the ground to dry the ink. The character means "good luck" or "fortune" in English and is traditionally pasted on the door or wall before the lunar New Year. These calligraphy pieces will be sold to passers-by in Qinwang Square, Fuyang District, and income will be donated to the Spring Breeze charity to help the needy people.
