Ye Xin  Host

Ye Xin is the vice president of the Chinese Writers’ Association, vice president of the Shanghai Writers’ Association, vice president of the Shanghai Literature Association and a member of the standing committee of the National People’s Congress Shanghai. He has published 106 books including The Ages of Idling Away, Love’s Misgivings, and Tutor.

He’s the most representative writer among the educated youth after the “cultural revolution.” His works have won countless awards including First Prize for International Young Writers and a National Award for Top Novels. Some of his novels were adapted into TV series. Ye has won the Top National TV series Award three times.
